"I’ve been with state farm for over 5 years now, my family has always brought this office business and in the past I always had great, efficient, and helpful service with all of the previous staff. Any claims I submitted were always handled in an efficient and helpful manner however my most recent claim and service for my auto insurance has proved otherwise. I have called this office so many times this past week to file a simple glass replacement and every time I have been transferred to a machine that then hangs up. When I call the office to be transferred to a representative I am still transferred to a rep who then hangs up. All in all I do not recommend Cristel Noel State Farm services for glass claims or requesting assistance from this office that cannot provide a good customer service. I’ve also insured a brand new car this week, and was improperly insured for the value of the car. Instead of doing lazy work I would much rather appreciate an office that can provide a client with proper insurance if I do have a total loss in the future. highly considering changing offices and do not plan on bringing anymore business to this office ."
